Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the different types of buildings in Willoughby?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries reach both the compact downtown storefronts and the sprawling industrial campuses found on the city's perimeter. At checkout, provide the suite number for offices and the specific building letter for large industrial complexes. These details are required to navigate the different layouts of multi-story brick buildings and wide-spread work sites.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of tight street-side entries and homes with deep suburban lots. For residential deliveries, specify if the driver should use a side entrance or if there is a gate code for a long driveway. This direct hand-off ensures the arrangement reaches the door despite the lack of street parking in the historic center.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable at a house, the driver places the arrangement in a secure area hidden from the street. For deliveries to multi-unit residential buildings or office parks, provide a direct phone number to facilitate entry through secured lobbies or gates. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitution of equal value is made to prevent any delay in the arrival.
