Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different property types in Glassboro?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential homes, professional offices, and the central university campus. For campus buildings or dorms, you must provide the specific building name and a recipient phone number because many areas have restricted vehicle access. These details allow our drivers to coordinate entry to secured academic and residential halls.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered given the city's layout?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the transition from the dense campus core to suburban residential streets. For properties located off busy main roads or within pedestrian-heavy zones, please provide specific instructions regarding side entrances or porch access. This ensures the arrangement is placed safely regardless of local foot traffic or parking restrictions.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flower selection?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a secured apartment or student housing complex, we attempt to leave the delivery with a building attendant or at a designated mailroom. When specific flowers are not in stock, we use the closest available match to maintain the arrangement's style and value. Providing a secondary contact number helps us resolve access issues at multi-unit buildings common near the town center.
