Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings in Newtonville?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the residential houses and small professional offices scattered throughout this low-density area. Enter the specific gate code or driveway instructions at checkout for homes located deep within wooded lots. These details ensure the driver identifies the correct private road among the dense tree cover.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city and how does the layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to the door because the long, often unpaved driveways make boxed shipping impractical here. The driver follows the property’s specific access path to reach the main entrance of the residence. Providing the house number as it appears on the mailbox helps the driver locate the turn-off on these rural roads.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver finds a secure spot near the house away from the public roadside. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a replacement of equal value that matches the original color profile. A recipient phone number is required to resolve access issues for properties with locked perimeter gates or long private drives.
