Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to businesses and homes in Folsom?

Accepted Answer

For commercial offices along the main highway, include the business name and any suite numbers at checkout. Residential properties here feature long driveways set back from the road, so specific entrance details are required. These facts help us confirm the exact drop-off point before leaving the main thoroughfare.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery for all arrangements rather than shipping them in boxes. Since homes sit on large, wooded lots, providing a description of the mailbox or house color helps identify the property. This ensures the person delivering finds the correct front door when street numbers are hidden from the road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we leave the flowers at the primary entrance because residences are spaced far apart. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a similar variety of equal value. Including a gate code or a secondary phone number prevents failed deliveries for properties with perimeter fences.
