Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and funeral homes in Versailles?

Accepted Answer

For downtown professional offices, provide the suite number and the name of the staff member at the front desk. Funeral homes in this area are standalone buildings, so specify if the delivery should go to the side florist entrance. Residential deliveries require a clear house number to distinguish between closely spaced homes on the main village grid.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and businesses here?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the village's layout of detached homes and small business storefronts. Since most properties have open porches or side entries, drivers place the flowers directly at the door rather than using a boxed shipping service. Providing a description of any side-gate access helps the driver reach the entrance of larger residential lots.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the manufacturing plants on the outskirts of town, provide a direct phone number to assist the driver with entry through security gates. If a resident is not home, the arrangement is left in a secure spot on the porch or at a side door. If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar variety is substituted so the delivery arrives on the requested date.
