Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

You must verify the address is located on the Ohio side of the town’s central state-line divide. For deliveries to the senior living complexes or the medical campus, provide the specific wing or room number. This ensures our drivers go to the correct building entrance on the eastern side of the boundary road.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered rather than shipped in a box. This city’s layout features homes with both street-front entries and rear-alley access. Providing specific instructions for porch placement or side-door access helps our drivers navigate these specific property lines and narrow side yards.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we place the arrangement in a sheltered spot on the porch or with a next-door neighbor. When a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety that maintains the style and value of the order. Including a phone number for the recipient is the best way to avoid a returned delivery if a side-yard gate is locked.
