Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different building types in Novelty?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential estates and small professional buildings throughout this low-density area. Include specific porch or side entrance instructions for homes with multiple access points or large footprints. These details help drivers correctly identify the primary entrance on properties set back significantly from the main road.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and businesses in this area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the long private drives and wooded layouts common here. Drivers navigate the property to the main door and do not leave items at the roadside or mailbox. Providing information about circular driveways or gate access codes ensures the delivery reaches the front door without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient isn't home or a flower isn't available?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, we place the flowers in a secure spot on the porch that is not visible from the main thoroughfare. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we use a similar flower of equal value to maintain the arrangement's size and style. Including the recipient's phone number helps our drivers locate houses with obscured house numbers or hidden entrances.
