Question 1

How do you handle delivery to the private estates and gated properties in Moreland Hills?

Accepted Answer

Provide the gate code or specific entry instructions for long private driveways at checkout. Our drivers navigate the winding residential layouts and use these details to reach the main entrance of the home. This information ensures we can access the property without waiting at a locked gate.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes with large lots and recessed entrances?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to prevent damage. Because many homes sit far back from the road on large wooded lots, drivers walk the arrangement directly to the front door. Providing details about house number visibility from the street helps us find the correct driveway.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home at a gated property, we contact them to coordinate a safe drop-off or redelivery. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar variety of equal value to maintain the design. Including the recipient's phone number helps us resolve access issues common to large residential estates.
