Question 1

How does delivery work for medical campuses and secured buildings in East Cleveland?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the dense medical complexes and multi-story residential buildings throughout the city. Provide a specific room number or suite number to ensure the driver finds the correct wing within these large facilities. Floor details are necessary because many properties have restricted access or separate entrances for staff and visitors.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the city’s urban layout?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the street-side parking and narrow residential lots common here. Drivers navigate the tight street layout to bring arrangements directly to the front door or building reception. Include gate codes or intercom instructions at checkout to prevent delays at secured entry points.

Question 3

What happens if there are access issues or the recipient is not home?

Accepted Answer

To prevent theft or damage, flowers are not left on street-facing porches or in public apartment hallways. A recipient phone number is required so the driver can coordinate access to secured lobbies or medical offices if no one answers. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that fits the same style.
