Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of addresses in Magnolia?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the professional offices along the high-traffic main corridor and the homes on the compact residential grid. For businesses on the highway, please provide the specific suite number or any back-entrance instructions. For residential streets, ensuring the house number is visible from the curb helps us find the right property quickly.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered across the borough's layout?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in boxes. Because many homes in this area have small front yards and are close to the sidewalk, we look for a secure porch or side-door location. Please indicate if the property has a locked gate or a specific entry point that avoids the main street-side door.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home at a single-family house or a multi-unit dwelling, we attempt to leave the order in a covered area or with a neighbor. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety that matches the original color and size. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps our drivers navigate areas where street parking is limited or the house layout is unconventional.
