Question 1

How do deliveries work for healthcare settings and local businesses?

Accepted Answer

Include the specific wing or room number for deliveries to healthcare centers or the religious complex. For the manufacturing offices on the outskirts of the village, provide the specific gate or entrance letter. This information ensures the flowers reach the correct desk in facilities that lack a central reception area.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the local residential layout?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to homes and businesses instead of being shipped in boxes. Since many properties in the village grid have front doors positioned near the sidewalk, specify if the arrangement should be left at a side door or porch. This detail helps our staff find a secure placement for the delivery.

Question 3

What occurs if the recipient is away or a specific flower is missing?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we leave the arrangement with a neighbor or in a shaded area on the property. When a specific flower is not in stock, we substitute it with a similar stem that matches the original color and size. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps us navigate properties with shared driveways or side-yard entries.
