Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to historic homes and businesses in Zoar?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific door location and building name for residences that sit directly on the sidewalk or have shared entrances. This information allows us to identify the correct door within the village’s compact historic layout. Clear instructions are necessary for properties where house numbers are small or located on side alleys.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residences with historic gates and narrow access points?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery for all orders to ensure arrangements are placed directly at the door rather than left on public walking paths. If the property has a perimeter fence or a gated garden, include any access codes at checkout. This helps us navigate the narrow shared driveways and pedestrian-heavy areas of the village.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, we look for a secure spot away from the street or leave the flowers with a nearby neighbor. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar flower of equal value to maintain the design. Providing a recipient’s phone number helps us manage deliveries to homes with historic fences or restricted entry points.
