Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to professional offices, funeral homes, and public buildings in Beach City?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the main reception or front desk of these single-story properties. Because these buildings lack central mailrooms, you must provide the specific department or desk name at checkout. This ensures the driver can navigate the shared entryways common to the village's professional layout.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box and how do you navigate the mix of residential streets and rural routes?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered in water to accommodate the transition from the village's compact residential grid to the surrounding open-acreage properties. For homes with long, unpaved driveways or perimeter field gates, please specify if the driver should leave the arrangement at a specific gate post. This prevents delays when navigating narrow passages or restricted rural entries.

Question 3

What is the process if the recipient is not home or if a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

For residences in the village center, we place the flowers on a porch or behind a storm door to shield them from the wind typical of this flat, open terrain. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we replace it with a flower of equal value that maintains the same color and height. Providing a recipient’s phone number allows us to confirm if they are at a nearby farmstead or a village residence before the driver departs.
