Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to large properties in New Philadelphia?

Accepted Answer

New Philadelphia includes both compact downtown storefronts and sprawling multi-building funeral and medical campuses. For these larger properties, enter the specific chapel name or office suite number at checkout. This information allows us to find the correct entrance on campuses with multiple buildings.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes in this city?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the door of the residence or business rather than shipped in a box. Since many local homes feature deep setbacks and long driveways, please provide instructions if the front door is not clearly visible from the street. This ensures the flowers are placed safely at the entrance rather than near a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the delivery address or flowers?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home, we leave the flowers in a secure spot at the residence or with a neighbor. When a specific bloom is out of stock, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the style of the arrangement. Providing a recipient phone number helps us resolve access issues at the city's various secured-entry senior living buildings.
