Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to professional buildings and residential sites in Bolivar?

Accepted Answer

For the healthcare and senior centers near the village center, you must provide the specific wing or room number for desk check-in. At residential properties with long private drives or rural acreage, include any gate codes or specific house descriptions. This information ensures the driver can navigate the transition from the village grid to the outer township roads.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a home or business?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the wide porches and deep setbacks found in this village. We do not use boxed shipping because of the varied terrain between the central grid and the surrounding rural lots. Providing a secondary contact number helps our drivers locate the correct entrance on properties with multiple outbuildings or long driveways.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is present, the driver leaves the arrangement in a sheltered spot on the porch or with a neighbor at the same rural address. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value that matches the original height and color profile. Including the recipient's phone number at checkout prevents failed attempts when a property is set back far from the main road.
