Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and local facilities in Mineral City?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to community buildings or small offices, please provide the specific wing or entrance name at checkout. Many residential properties here are situated on hillside lots or set back far from the road, so noting if the driveway is shared is essential. These details ensure the flowers reach the correct door in this spread-out landscape.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the residential layout of this area. Since most homes have open porches rather than secured lobbies, please specify if there is a side door or covered entry for placement. This helps us leave the flowers in a location that is not visible from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available to receive the flowers, we look for a delivery spot on the property that is hidden from street view. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a variety of equal value that matches the original size and shape. Including the recipient’s phone number helps us navigate properties where the house is not clearly visible from the driveway.
