Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local medical campuses and industrial sites?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the central medical campus require the specific wing and floor number to ensure the driver uses the correct public entrance. For the manufacturing facilities located on the outskirts of the city, provide the specific security gate or reception desk location at checkout. These details prevent delays at security checkpoints and ensure the flowers reach the correct department or office.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas in this city?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of historic homes with street-level porches and newer subdivisions with deep setbacks. Drivers use the specific access instructions provided to locate front doors that are often hidden from the main road. Hand delivery ensures the arrangement is placed in a stable, sheltered area if no one is home.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is missing?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a residential address, the driver will leave the arrangement on a porch or with a neighbor if the house sits close to the sidewalk. When a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar bloom of equal value that matches the arrangement’s style. Providing a phone number for the recipient helps the driver navigate locked entryways in multi-family housing or industrial offices.
