Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to residential farms and small storefronts require the exact house number and descriptions for properties set back from the main road. Provide specific instructions for side-door entry at farmhouses or building names for funeral chapels. This information helps the driver locate the correct entrance on long rural driveways.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the city's layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the spread-out rural layout of the community. Most properties feature open porches or side entries that allow for direct placement at detached homes. Mentioning specific gate access or gravel turn-offs helps the driver avoid missing the property.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will leave the arrangement on a covered porch or in a mudroom to protect it from the wind on open land. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar variety to maintain the size of the arrangement. Including a secondary phone number helps the driver verify the delivery location when road signage is unclear.
