Question 1

How does delivery work for local offices and medical clinics in Sugarcreek?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific suite number or department name for deliveries to the small professional offices and clinics located throughout the village. Because many local businesses operate out of converted residential buildings or shared storefronts, these details ensure the driver finds the correct entrance. For funeral homes, include the name of the deceased to coordinate delivery with the scheduled viewing times.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties and rural addresses?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of compact village streets and long rural driveways. The driver brings the flowers directly to the front door or the main service desk of a business rather than leaving them in a shipping box. Providing specific instructions for gated rural properties or houses set far back from the road helps prevent delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will leave the arrangement in a secure area on the porch or with a neighbor in the immediate vicinity. When a specific flower is out of stock, a similar variety of equal value is used to keep the arrangement full. A working phone number for the recipient is required to help the driver locate rural properties that are difficult to see from the main road.
