Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the medical campus or the industrial offices near the rail lines?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific building wing or department name during checkout to ensure the driver uses the correct entrance. Many of these sites have restricted access or multiple loading zones that require a precise room or desk number for the driver to reach the recipient. Including these details ensures the arrangement is left at the correct reception point rather than a central shipping dock.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or sent in a box?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the town's layout, which is divided by several major rail crossings. This method allows the driver to use residential side streets and navigate around train delays to reach front porches directly. Including details about side-door access or specific house features helps the driver complete the drop-off quickly.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not at home or a specific flower is not available?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will leave the flowers in a sheltered area on the porch, as most local homes lack secured entry vestibules. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a similar variety of equal value that maintains the same appearance. Providing a recipient phone number is the most effective way to prevent a failed delivery for properties with long driveways or gated entries on the outskirts of town.
