Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to local offices and medical facilities in New London?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to street-level professional offices, funeral chapels, and single-story medical clinics throughout the village. Please provide the specific department name or front desk location during checkout. These details ensure we reach the correct reception area within these low-rise commercial buildings.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a residential address in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the mix of compact downtown blocks and houses on deep residential lots. For properties with long driveways or residences set back from the main road, please include any specific entrance instructions. This helps our drivers identify the correct porch for drop-off when the house is not immediately adjacent to the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available when the delivery arrives?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, we will leave the flowers in a shaded, covered area on the porch or with a next-door neighbor. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of equal value that maintains the original color and style. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps us locate addresses where houses are spaced widely apart on the rural outskirts of the village.
