Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of buildings in North Fairfield?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the front doors of village homes and the main desk of single-story medical clinics or professional offices. For rural properties surrounding the village center, enter the house number exactly as it appears on the mailbox at the road. These details ensure we find the correct driveway on properties that are not clearly visible from the main thoroughfare.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered and what information is needed for the village layout?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the recipient's door to accommodate the mix of clustered village streets and spread-out rural properties. The driver will leave the arrangement on a front porch or at a designated side entrance if no one answers. Specifying if the house has a long driveway or is located behind another property helps avoid navigation errors.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we place the order in a shaded area on the porch or leave it with a neighbor. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value that fits the original design. Providing the recipient’s contact number helps us complete deliveries to rural homes where the house is set far back from the mailbox.
