Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and businesses in Greenwich?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to front doors in residential areas and reception desks in the central business district. Please provide the building number and specify if the entrance is located on the main road or a side street. This ensures we find the correct door among the village’s deep-set properties and multi-building lots.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to local residential addresses?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the door to suit the village’s open-access porches and residential layout. We do not use boxed shipping, as our staff navigates the local street grid to place items directly at the primary entrance. Clear details on driveway access help us avoid delays when properties are set far back from the road.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, we place the flowers on a protected porch or leave them with a neighbor in the same residential block. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a variety of equal value that keeps the same style. Sharing the recipient’s phone number helps us locate isolated properties found on the outskirts of the village center.
