Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of buildings in Shelby?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the medical center, you must provide the specific wing and room number to ensure the driver finds the correct department. Industrial sites on the outskirts require a gate number or a designated delivery door for security clearance. Offices in the city center require a suite number, as many buildings have multiple businesses using one street-side entrance.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for residential and business addresses in this city?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the door to ensure they reach the recipient directly. In residential areas with deep lawns and front porches, we leave the item in a visible but sheltered spot if no one is home. For properties in the densely built downtown core that open directly onto the sidewalk, please provide a secondary phone number to coordinate the hand-off.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, we leave a note and call to schedule a pickup or another delivery time. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original color and style. Providing details about rear entrances or specific reception desks at the manufacturing plants helps us avoid failed delivery attempts.
