Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different property types in New Washington?

Accepted Answer

This village consists mainly of detached homes and small commercial buildings concentrated on a few central blocks. For deliveries to the funeral home or small professional offices, include the specific room or department name at checkout. Precise house numbers are essential because residential properties are situated close to the street.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for this specific area?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door instead of being shipped in a cardboard box. The flat, open layout of these residential streets allows for direct access to front or side porches. Instructions about specific porch locations or preferred entry doors help the driver find the right spot on the property.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the delivery or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available, the driver identifies a protected porch area or leaves the flowers with a next-door neighbor. We replace unavailable flowers with a different variety that maintains the same shape and size. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver verify the house when porch structures hide the building number from the road.
