Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local businesses, chapels, and homes?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the main offices of village schools and the local funeral chapel. For residential orders, specify if the home is located in the central village grid or on a property with a long rural driveway. This helps the driver identify the correct entrance when house numbers are only listed on roadside mailboxes.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered and what do you need for access?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered by a driver rather than shipped in a cardboard box. In this village, drivers park on the street and walk the flowers directly to the front porch or side door. Please note if the delivery is for a home that sits far back from the road to prevent any delays in finding the door.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a flower is missing?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver leaves the flowers in a secure spot on the porch or with a neighbor on the same residential block. If a specific flower is unavailable, the florist replaces it with a bloom of equal value that matches the color and size. Providing a contact number helps the driver verify the location for homes situated on the outskirts of the village.
