Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings in Elmore?

Accepted Answer

Most delivery sites in this village are street-level residential homes or small commercial storefronts with direct front-door access. For the municipal buildings and small clinics, enter a specific department or desk name at checkout. These details allow the courier to find the recipient in low-rise buildings that do not have central mailrooms.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in Elmore and how does the city's layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the residential porches and open-access driveways found throughout the village. The local grid layout allows for direct arrival at the front entrance of single-family homes. Providing a side door or porch preference at checkout helps when the main street-facing entrance is not the primary door.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, the arrangement is left on the porch or with a neighbor since most properties here lack gated access or shared lobbies. If a specific flower is out of stock, a similar stem of equal value is used to keep the arrangement full. A recipient phone number helps the courier locate the correct entrance for houses that are set back from the road.
