Question 1

How do deliveries work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings in Hamler?

Accepted Answer

Most properties in this village have open front porches and clear street-level access rather than secured lobbies or gated entrances. For deliveries to the local school or small offices, provide the specific desk or room number to ensure the driver enters the correct door. Accurate house numbers are essential where residential lots border open agricultural land without physical fences.

Question 2

Are flowers hand-delivered or shipped in a box, and how does the city's layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the recipient rather than shipped in a cardboard box. The wide residential street layout allows for direct parking and immediate walk-up delivery to the front door. Provide specific instructions at checkout if the home is set back from the road or requires placement at a side entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver identifies a sheltered area on the porch to shield the arrangement from the wind common in this flat, open terrain. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver confirm someone is available for properties located on long gravel driveways. If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar bloom of equal value is substituted to ensure the order is completed.
