Question 1

How does delivery work for medical offices, funeral homes, and local businesses in West Unity?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the reception desks of small clinics and the main foyers of funeral homes within the village. Enter the specific department name or the name of the memorial service at checkout to ensure the driver finds the correct room. These details are required because most local professional buildings use a single entrance for all visitors and staff.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

Your arrangement is hand-delivered to the door by a driver rather than being shipped in a box. Since the village layout consists of street-level homes and storefronts without security gates or elevators, drivers walk the flowers directly to the front porch. Including instructions for a side-door or porch preference helps the driver place the flowers in a secure spot away from the sidewalk.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will leave the bouquet on a shaded porch or with a neighbor on the same block. Provide a phone number for the recipient so we can send a text notification as soon as the delivery is complete. For properties located on the rural edges of the village, please specify if the driver should leave the item at a driveway gate or proceed to the residence.
