Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local businesses and medical offices?

Accepted Answer

Most professional buildings in this village have direct street-level entrances instead of central lobbies. Enter the specific department or desk name at checkout so the driver can walk directly to the recipient inside the storefront. For funeral home deliveries, provide the name of the service to ensure flowers are placed in the correct viewing room.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the village layout?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the wide-set residential lots and deep porches common in this area. Drivers park on the street and walk the arrangement to the primary door or a designated side entrance. Note at checkout if the house number is only visible on the street-side mailbox to help the driver identify the property.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a residential address?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver looks for a sheltered porch area away from the view of the main two-lane road. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of the same color and value is used to complete the arrangement. Including a neighbor’s address or a secondary phone number at checkout helps prevent the driver from returning the order to the shop.
