Question 1

How does delivery work for local facilities and professional buildings?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to residential porches and the main reception desks of local clinics or funeral homes. Provide the specific department or room number at checkout for any healthcare or professional facility. This ensures the driver can bypass general entrances and reach the correct administrative area.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and what details are needed for the town layout?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered by a driver rather than shipped in a box. In this village layout, most homes are reached via street-level walkways, while rural properties often require navigating long private drives. Include any specific gate codes or instructions if the building entrance is not visible from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if a delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver leaves the arrangement in a secure, covered area on the porch or with a neighbor. When a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a stem of equal value and similar appearance. Including a recipient phone number is necessary for rural addresses to confirm property access if gates are closed or animals are present.
