Question 1

How does delivery work for local businesses, care facilities, and offices?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the large manufacturing plants on the outskirts of the village, please provide the specific gate or employee entrance number. At the local retirement campus, include the wing name and room number so the driver can find the correct reception desk within the multi-building layout. For downtown offices with street-level access, a suite number ensures the driver can enter the correct storefront directly.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and businesses in this area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to accommodate the local mix of sidewalk storefronts and detached houses. For residential properties with deep setbacks or large open porches, specify if you prefer delivery at a side or rear entrance. This information helps the driver locate the primary entry point on properties with large yards or multiple outbuildings.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available to receive the delivery?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a manufacturing facility is unavailable, the driver will leave the flowers at the designated employee check-in or security desk. For residential areas, we may leave the item on a protected porch or with a next-door neighbor if the houses are closely situated. Providing a phone number for recipients working at local plants helps us coordinate delivery around specific shift changes.
