Question 1

How do deliveries work for hospitals, funeral homes, and offices in Montpelier?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the community healthcare campus or funeral homes require specific room or wing numbers because these facilities are spread across wide, single-story layouts. For downtown businesses, you must provide the specific storefront name as multiple shops share a single street entrance. These details allow the driver to locate the correct service desk or side entrance immediately.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this area and how does the city layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to ensure they arrive ready for display. The village's open residential layout means drivers can access front porches directly without navigating security gates or multi-level apartment lobbies. Providing a note about whether to use a side door or a screened-in porch helps the driver place the order safely.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver leaves the arrangement in a sheltered spot on the porch or with a next-door neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, a designer selects a replacement of equal value that matches the original style. Including a recipient’s mobile number allows the driver to verify if a neighbor is available to accept the delivery.
