Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different locations in Evansport?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential houses and the small commercial buildings located along the village's main roads. For the funeral sites and small clinics in this area, please provide the specific room name or building wing at checkout. These details are necessary because many local properties share similar entry points.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the detached homes and open-porch layouts found throughout Evansport. Note if the house is set back from the road or if there is a specific side door for deliveries. This information helps us place the arrangement correctly on larger village lots.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the recipient or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present, we leave the flowers in a secure spot on the porch or with a neighbor. When a specific bloom is out of stock, we use a different flower of equal value that preserves the original look. Including a phone number for the recipient helps us resolve access issues for homes with long driveways.
