Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local medical facilities, funeral homes, and professional offices in Bryan?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the reception desks of the town’s low-rise medical campus and the funeral homes located near the central fountain square. You must provide the specific department name or wing for medical sites to ensure the flowers reach the correct area of these sprawling, single-story buildings. For downtown businesses, please include suite numbers as many offices share historic storefront entrances with limited street-side parking.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this area and what information is needed for residential drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to ensure it arrives intact at both compact downtown addresses and spread-out residential lots. Most homes here have open porch access, but you should specify if a property has a side-entry mudroom or a fenced-in yard. Providing these details helps us navigate the transition from the dense city center to the more open residential blocks without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or if a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, we leave the flowers on a protected porch or with a neighbor, which is standard for the detached homes and quiet streets in this community. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the intended color palette. A working phone number for the recipient is required to help our drivers manage deliveries to properties with long driveways or locked gates.
