Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local offices, medical clinics, and funeral homes?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to Edon addresses involve direct entry to street-level houses or small storefront buildings. For the local funeral home or medical clinic, you must enter the specific room number or service time at checkout. These details allow the driver to find the correct side entrance rather than leaving the flowers in a public waiting area.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential streets and rural properties?

Accepted Answer

A driver hand-delivers every arrangement to accommodate the mix of village streets and surrounding rural farmsteads. This method prevents damage on the long gravel driveways and open-air porches common to these properties. Providing specific instructions for houses set back from the main road ensures the driver reaches the front door rather than stopping at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver identifies a sheltered spot on the porch or at a side door to protect the flowers from the wind common in outlying rural areas. When a specific bloom is out of stock, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the original color and size. A secondary phone number for the recipient helps the driver confirm the correct house on roads where addresses are spaced far apart.
