Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, or businesses in West Milton?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to businesses along the main thoroughfare and homes on the residential side streets. You must provide the specific suite or room number for deliveries to medical offices or senior care buildings. This information is necessary because many local properties have multiple entrances or have been converted into multi-use spaces.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the specific layout of village homes and storefronts. Many residential properties here feature deep porches and side-entry doors that are set far back from the street. Providing specific instructions on which entrance to use helps our drivers place the arrangement in a secure location.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not there, we leave the flowers in a sheltered spot on the porch or with a neighbor. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a replacement of equal value that matches the original design. Providing the recipient's phone number helps our driver find the correct door on properties with large setbacks or obscured house numbers.
