Question 1

Can you deliver flowers to the large medical campuses and professional buildings in Englewood?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the medical campuses along the main corridor, you must provide the specific building wing and room number at checkout. Residential orders in these suburban blocks require a confirmed house number and any gate codes for private drives. These details ensure the driver identifies the correct entrance among the clustered professional offices and sprawling residential lots.

Question 2

How are flowers transported and dropped off given the city's suburban layout?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the large residential setbacks and multi-tenant professional buildings characteristic of the city. We do not use shipping boxes, which prevents damage when navigating the shared parking lots of commercial strips. Providing a suite number or department name helps the driver reach the correct desk in sprawling healthcare or office complexes.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery address is a secured building or the recipient is not home?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, we look for a secure spot on the porch or near a side entrance common to these suburban home designs. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute a variety of equal value and similar appearance to match the original order. Including the recipient's phone number helps the driver resolve access issues at secured senior living centers or apartment complexes.
