Question 1

How does delivery work for locations like hospitals, funeral homes, or offices in Pleasant Hill?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to businesses along the main village corridors, provide the business name and any specific entrance instructions at checkout. Most properties here have direct street access rather than security desks or loading docks. For residential orders, ensure the house number is clearly visible from the road to help the driver identify the correct property.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or sent in a cardboard box?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered directly to the door rather than shipped in a box. In this residential layout, drivers use driveways or street parking to access front porches. Providing details about specific porch areas or side doors helps when a home is set back from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a specific flower is not available?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver leaves the arrangement on a front porch or a sheltered entryway. When a specific flower is unavailable, a variety of equal value is used to keep the arrangement's shape. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver if a house is difficult to see from the main road.
