Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to hospitals, funeral homes, and businesses in Troy?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to both the historic downtown offices and the expansive medical campuses located on the city’s outskirts. Provide the specific wing name and room number for medical facilities to ensure the flowers reach the correct nursing station. For downtown businesses with street-side entrances, include suite numbers or floor details to help us navigate the multi-story buildings.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered by hand or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the recipient's door to accommodate the mix of suburban residential streets and dense commercial blocks. In residential areas with long driveways or cul-de-sacs, we place the arrangement at the primary entrance. For buildings in the historic center with restricted street parking, include any door codes needed to enter secured lobby areas.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we leave the flowers in a safe spot at the residence or with a neighbor. For deliveries to gated industrial parks or manufacturing sites, a direct phone number for the recipient helps us coordinate access through security checkpoints. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the original color and style.
