Question 1

How will my flower delivery be handled at local hospitals, offices, or secured buildings?

Accepted Answer

Vandalia features many professional offices and medical clinics set back from main roads in sprawling business parks. Provide the suite number and department name to ensure the delivery reaches the correct desk within these large complexes. This detail is necessary to navigate buildings with multiple entrances or centralized reception areas.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered directly to the recipient at their home or place of work. Many properties in this city feature deep setbacks from the street or shared commercial parking lots, so please include specific door or gate instructions at checkout. This method ensures the flowers are placed at the correct entrance of a residence or business.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not available at a secured office or home, we will contact them to arrange a hand-off. If a specific flower is out of stock, we provide a replacement of equal or higher value in a matching style. Including a recipient phone number reduces the chance of a failed delivery at multi-tenant buildings or properties with restricted access.
