Question 1

How does delivery work for businesses and specialized facilities in Tipp City?

Accepted Answer

Many professional services and funeral homes here operate out of converted historic buildings with multiple side entrances. Please specify the department or the name of the viewing room at checkout to ensure the driver finds the correct entry point. For the apartments located above downtown storefronts, providing a keypad code is necessary for access to the upper floors.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered given the different types of neighborhoods here?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to navigate the city’s mix of dense historic streets and newer, sprawling residential lots. In the downtown area, we deliver to street-level entries or through narrow side alleys. For homes with long driveways and large front lawns, we walk the arrangement to the porch to keep it visible and away from the road.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we leave the order on a covered porch or with a neighbor in areas where homes are built close together. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we replace it with a flower of equal value that keeps the same shape and color. Providing a recipient's phone number helps our drivers confirm placement at properties with gated entries or deep setbacks.
