Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to the different types of buildings in West Jefferson?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential homes, funeral houses, and the large industrial warehouse complexes on the outskirts of the village. For business sites and logistics centers, provide the specific building letter and department name so the driver can find the correct security entrance. For homes near the center of town, please note if the entrance is on the main road or a side street.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the recipient's door to avoid the damage caused by boxed shipping. Because many properties outside the village center have long gravel driveways or sit on main roads, please specify where the driver can safely pull over. Providing a gate code or porch location helps the driver complete the delivery without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we leave the flowers on a porch or with a neighbor, provided the house is not directly on a high-traffic road. For deliveries to secured industrial sites, we will leave the arrangement with the front desk or security station. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a similar variety of equal value to keep the arrangement the same size.
