Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to offices and medical centers in London?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the medical center or county government offices require a specific department, wing, or room number. For the multi-story brick buildings downtown, include a suite number so the driver can find the correct office entrance. These details ensure the arrangement reaches the recipient's desk or bedside directly.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a residential address?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to residential porches and street-level storefronts. For properties in newer subdivisions with deep setbacks or gated driveways, please provide the entry code at checkout. This allows the driver to place the flowers at the front door instead of leaving them at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the flowers in a sheltered spot on the porch away from the public sidewalk. Including a recipient phone number allows the driver to request access for fenced yards or secured office entries. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a flower of equal value to maintain the arrangement’s size.
