Question 1

How does delivery work for local medical centers, funeral homes, and professional offices?

Accepted Answer

Many professional parks and medical campuses in Galloway consist of multiple low-rise buildings sharing a single street address. You must provide the specific building letter, suite number, or department name at checkout to ensure the driver finds the correct reception desk. This information prevents delays caused by large parking lots and multiple entrances.

Question 2

Are flowers delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the long driveways and winding cul-de-sacs typical of this suburban layout. Please provide gate codes for any secured residential subdivisions to allow the driver to reach the front door. Hand delivery ensures the arrangement is placed correctly, as shipping boxes are often left at distant curbside mailboxes.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver identifies a porch area shielded from the wind and exposure common to this open, flat landscape. If a specific flower is unavailable, a designer chooses a similar bloom of equal value to ensure your delivery arrives on schedule. Including the recipient's phone number helps the driver resolve access issues with long driveways or locked subdivision gates.
