Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the different types of buildings in Lincoln Village?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to both open residential streets and the various gated apartment complexes that require electronic entry codes. At checkout, you must provide the specific unit number and any building access codes to ensure the driver can reach the interior door. For offices or clinics, include the suite number and department name to help the driver navigate to the correct reception area.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of suburban porches and multi-tenant buildings. Because many residential properties have deep front yards or detached garages, please specify if you prefer delivery to a side door or a specific porch location. For multi-story buildings, the driver will use the building’s intercom or check in with the front desk if one is present.

Question 3

What occurs if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will look for a sheltered spot on the property or attempt to leave the arrangement with a neighboring resident. In the event a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of the same color and scale to keep the design consistent. Providing the recipient's phone number helps the driver coordinate entry into secured apartment blocks where leaving items outside is prohibited.
