Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

Delivery to residential farmsteads and small business offices in this area requires clear roadside identification. At checkout, provide the house number exactly as it appears on the mailbox at the road entrance. This ensures the driver enters the correct private driveway for properties that sit far back from the street.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the front door of the residence or office rather than being left at the roadside. The layout of these rural plots requires drivers to navigate long driveways and gravel paths to reach the building. Provide gate codes or instructions regarding loose pets to ensure the driver can safely access the porch.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver leaves the arrangement in a sheltered spot on the porch away from view of the road. When a specific flower is unavailable, the florist uses an equivalent variety to maintain the size and color of the design. Providing a secondary phone number helps the driver find the correct property when digital maps show imprecise coordinates for rural addresses.
