Question 1

How do you manage deliveries to medical campuses and office parks in Grove City?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the large medical campuses and expansive distribution centers on the city edges, provide the specific building number and department name. These sites use centralized receiving areas that require exact internal routing information to reach the recipient. Including a suite or floor number ensures the flowers are accepted at the correct reception desk.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas across the city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of narrow historic residential lots and wide suburban subdivisions. For homes in the newer sprawling developments, please indicate if there is a side entrance or a porch area screened from the street. This information helps us find a secure placement at properties with long driveways or open front layouts.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is at a secured site or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a secured industrial complex or gated office park, we will contact you to arrange a drop-off with the on-site security team. Providing a gate code or a direct phone extension prevents the delivery from being turned away at the entrance. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the original style.
