Question 1

Can flowers be delivered to the large corporate campuses and gated residential areas in Dublin?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we deliver to both the sprawling office parks and the private gated communities throughout the city. For corporate campus deliveries, you must provide the specific building number, floor, and suite to ensure the driver can navigate past central security desks. For residential deliveries in gated areas, include the gate access code at checkout so the driver can reach the front door.

Question 2

How are flowers handled during delivery to ensure they arrive safely at an office or home?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the recipient's door or office lobby rather than being left in a shipping box. Drivers use the designated visitor parking at corporate office complexes to walk the flowers directly to the reception desk. In residential areas with deep setbacks or long driveways, the driver brings the flowers to the main entrance for direct hand-off.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a corporate office or a private residence?

Accepted Answer

At corporate campuses, the driver will leave the flowers with the reception desk or the building’s central mailroom according to that company's security protocol. For residential deliveries where no one answers, the flowers are placed on a covered porch or with a neighbor if requested. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar bloom of the same value to match the original design.
