Question 1

How does delivery work for funeral homes and offices in Mechanicsburg?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to funeral homes and storefront offices require specific entrance details at checkout. For businesses in the central village where street parking is narrow, provide a suite number or specific department name. This information helps the driver find the recipient quickly in multi-use buildings and small professional offices.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this area and what access details are needed?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to homes and businesses across the village and outlying rural areas. For residences in the village center that sit directly on the sidewalk, specify if the driver should use a side door or a porch. For properties on the outskirts with long driveways, note if the entrance is gated or requires a specific access code.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver leaves the arrangement at the door or with a neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value and style. Providing a recipient phone number is necessary for deliveries to rural farmhouses where the home is set far back from the road.
